Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
Click More info, then Run anyway.
Smart App Control blocks the game, or "Bad Image 0xc0e90002"
The game is not code-signed yet, and Windows 11's Smart App Control blocks unsigned programs. The only way around it for now is to switch it off: Windows Security, App & browser control, Smart App Control settings, Off. On some versions of Windows it cannot be switched on again without resetting Windows.
My antivirus removed a game file
Restore it from the quarantine, add the game folder as an exception, then run File Check in the launcher.
The window is the wrong size, or I want full screen
Alt + Enter switches full screen. Everything else is in F11, Options.
The launcher says the server did not respond
Try again in a few minutes. Maintenance is announced in the news and on Discord.
I found a bug
Press Ctrl + F12 in the game. It saves a zip file in %APPDATA%\NorthPoleOnline\logs. Send it to us on Discord.
I lost my password
We recover passwords to the e-mail of registration. Ask a GM on Discord.
