Anti scam tips

If you follow these tips, your account and your items are safe. Please read them carefully: once items are lost to scamming or hacking, we may not be able to recover them.

Account protection

• Use an account name and password combination you never used before.
• Change your password often.
• Never share your login details with anyone. GMs will never ask for your password.
• Use a difficult vault password (not 1234 or 0000).
• Do not download game programs that were not released by us.
• Do not accept files from other players. They may contain keyloggers.
• Only enter your login details in the game and on this website.
• Not sure about something? Ask one of our team members.

Account details can only be recovered through the e-mail address of registration.

Trading

• Only use the normal trade window in the game.
• Only make trades where all items fit in one trade window.
• Do not trade for the promise of other items later.
• Always check the items after both sides have locked the trade, to make sure nothing was swapped.
• Do not trade or buy accounts.
• Ask a GM for help when the items do not fit in one trade window.
• We advise you not to buy items from other players. Buying items for real money is at your own risk.
• If you have doubts about the other player, do not make the trade and talk to one of our team members. Both nations can trade with each other in Almighty Land, so there is no reason to use anything but the normal trade window.

We cannot be held responsible for items or accounts lost to hacking or scamming if you did not follow the tips above.
