In the game
- Do not use any kind of hack. Using a hack program gets you permanently banned, by IP and account.
- Selling an account is not allowed; the account is banned. If you are not the true owner of an account, its password cannot be changed or recovered once lost.
- If you share your account, we will not trace or recover your gear. We can help recover characters.
- Abusing a bug to your advantage can lead to a character or account block.
- Asking how to hack or how to abuse bugs gets your account permanently banned.
- Only English in the global chats (/c and /e). /e is for trading only.
- Insulting GMs or admins is not tolerated and leads to a chat block, in harsh cases a ban.
- Keep your language clean. Do not flame or curse at other players, not even out of frustration.
- Inappropriate account or character names lead to an account ban.
- Offensive words in character or guild names are not allowed; such names are changed without warning.
- Pretending to be a GM or admin gets your account permanently banned.
- The words "GM" and "ADM" are not allowed in guild logos; such guilds are deleted.
- Advertising other game servers or websites, game-related or not, leads to a chat block or an account ban.
- Do not ask GMs or admins for items or levels; your chat will be blocked.
- Fame transfer of any kind is not allowed: the fame is reset and the medals are removed from all characters involved.
- Racism is not tolerated and leads to a permanent ban. So do racist guild logos and character names.
- Playing two accounts at once in Frozen Caernarvon or the Arena is not allowed. It is punished like fame transfer (first time 50 % of the fame, second time 100 %), and the medals are removed from all characters.
- Using a second character to call or buff yourself or your party is not allowed: the caller or buffer account is banned, and the second time your main account too.
- Farm with at most two characters in Frozen Caernarvon.
- Scamming in the game leads to a permanent account ban.
- We do not encourage trades for real money; they are at your own risk and we are not liable for any loss.
- Items that were dropped, lost, combined wrongly or lost during errors cannot be recovered, because they cannot be traced.
- We recover passwords only to the e-mail address the account was registered with. With a fake address you give up the right to recovery.
- Pushing other players’ stalls is not allowed: the first time is a warning, the second a 24-hour character block. Reports need a video.
- After 10 mutes for using /e for anything but trading, the account is suspended for 7 days. After that, at most 3 more mutes before a permanent ban.
On Discord and our social pages
- English only, unless a GM says otherwise.
- No spam and no double posts.
- No flaming. Keep your language and your name clean.
- Do not promote other game servers.
- Do not link to age-restricted sites.
- Do not argue about decisions of a GM or admin in public; talk to the admins instead.
- Post in the right channel. If you are not sure where, ask a GM.
- Racism is not tolerated.
- Pretending to be a GM or admin gets you banned from the community.
- Do not ask for hacks or bug explanations.
- Respect everyone.
Our rules can change at any time. In harsh cases, or when we think it is required, the server team may act differently from the rules above.
