Thanks for all the reports on launch day! Patch 3001 fixes the first batch. Open the launcher and it updates the game (about 140 MB).
New
- Downgrade at the blacksmith. Take a +10 item back to +0 and keep its stats, then upgrade it again. You need a copy of the same item (same or better grade) as the sacrifice. Only a stat that stays the same or goes down can be picked, and the window shows the result before you confirm.
- New help window. Press H.
Fixed
- You can trade with players of the other nation again, as before.
- Rings, necklaces, capes and donation helmets show their real grade again (Ice Rings showed F).
- Other players now see your glider, also over water.
- F1 to F10 use your skill on yourself and your party again. The graphics switch is now only in Options.
- Resurrection reaches as far as before again with F1 to F10, and the Ankh of Resurrection reaches any party member you can see.
- Holding a key no longer uses up several Ankhs: one press, one Ankh.
- A large interface size no longer pushes the windows off a smaller screen.
- The in-game ranking now matches the website.
- Old interface: HP bars over enemy players are back, as in the original.
- Server messages no longer show twice.
- PCs with older graphics cards can play now, with simpler graphics.
- Old website addresses in the game’s texts point to playnorthpole.com and Discord.
